Some items offered for sale at Copal Online Store are part of our inventory and some pieces are made specially for you. Security
Our site is verified and sealed by Norton's Veri Sign and
your credit card information is collected and processed by Pay Pal, one of the most trusted and widely-used firms worldwide. We have no access to your credit card number.
Ordering Process
- Once you have placed your order you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Afterwards you'll be prompted for color options or other choices if any
and you'll be notified of additional shipping costs if applicable.
- Upon your confirmation we'll e-mail you a Pay Pal money request.
- Once the payment is completed your order will be implemented.
Canceling your Order
Sorry, once the payment is completed orders cannot be cancelled.
Packing and Shipping
- Every item will be professionally packed to ensure it arrives safely at your door.
- Inventory items will be shipped the next business day.
- Shipping Fare includes every expense along the road, no extra charges.
Order Tracking
Once we get shipping confirmation, we'll e-mail you an Order Tracking Number so you can follow your parcel online.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are indicated for each particular item.
Unpacking
Sometimes things get broken while unpacking; please take your time to unwrap the unique pieces you just acquired.
- For cardboard boxes, try to deconstruct the box. Do not open one end and try to lift the objects out. Once the box sides fall away, gently remove loose packing materials.
- Do not pull on bubble wrap. Carefully cut all taped spots letting the bubble wrap fall away.
- Do not pull on any paper. Use scissors to snip all paper and tape so that it falls away.
- Soft paper will be wrapped around the most delicate areas. This paper must be patiently snipped away.
- If something is missing, please look in the box and wrapping stuff, it might be there.
Damaged Merchandise
Although we pack professionally each item we send, every now and then a parcel will be damaged and perhaps some piece broken.
If any piece is damaged, please take as many pictures as needed and contact us immediately.
